Will converting to JPG lose quality?
Yes, a little. JPG is a lossy format, so it throws away some detail to shave off file size. At the default 90% quality, most images look very close to the original.
What happens to transparent areas in my WebP?
JPG can't store transparency at all. Any transparent pixels in your WebP turn solid black once converted. If you need to keep transparency, stay with WebP or convert to PNG instead.
Is my image uploaded anywhere?
